on how to buy tokens on Uniswap

Download Metamask: Go to https://metamask.io and download the Metamask wallet as a browser extension (available for Chrome, Firefox, and Brave browsers) or as a mobile app.
Create an Account:
- Open Metamask, click "Get Started," and then choose "Create a Wallet."
- Create a strong password. Don’t forget this password—you’ll need it to access your wallet.
Backup Your Secret Recovery Phrase:
- Metamask will give you a 12-word Secret Recovery Phrase (also called a “seed phrase”).
- Write it down somewhere safe (preferably offline) and never share it with anyone. This phrase is the only way to recover your wallet if you lose your password.

To buy tokens on Uniswap, you’ll need Ethereum (ETH) in your Metamask wallet. Here’s how to get some:

Buy ETH on a Centralized Exchange:
- You can purchase ETH on popular exchanges like Coinbase, Bybit, or Blofin. Follow the steps to buy ETH with your preferred payment method (credit/debit card or bank transfer).
Transfer ETH to Metamask:
- Copy your Metamask wallet address (click on “Account” in Metamask to copy the address).
- Go to your exchange, select the “Withdraw” option, paste your Metamask wallet address, choose ETH as the currency, and confirm the transaction.
- Wait a few minutes for the transfer to complete. You’ll see your ETH balance appear in Metamask once it arrives.

Visit Uniswap: Go to the official Uniswap site at https://app.uniswap.org.
Connect Your Wallet:
- Click “Connect Wallet” in the top right corner.
- Select Metamask from the options, and follow the prompts to connect your wallet.
Confirm Connection: Metamask will ask for permission to connect to Uniswap. Confirm this, and you’re ready to trade.

Choose the $DDBAM Token:
- In the Uniswap app, select the token you want to buy in the “Swap” section.

Double-Check:
Make sure you’re selecting the correct token by verifying the token’s details. Using the contract address helps avoid scams.

Enter Amount:
- In the “From” section, select ETH and enter the amount of ETH you want to swap for the token.
- The “To” section will automatically show how many tokens you’ll receive based on the exchange rate.
Check Estimated Gas Fees:
- Every transaction on Ethereum requires a fee called “gas.” Uniswap will show you an estimated gas fee before confirming the transaction.
- Ensure you have enough ETH to cover this fee.
Review the Details and Click “Swap”:
- Double-check all details (amounts, token type).
- Click “Swap” and then “Confirm Swap”.
Confirm in Metamask:
- Metamask will pop up, asking you to confirm the transaction and showing the gas fee.
- Click “Confirm” in Metamask to finalize the swap.

Check the Status:
- Transactions can take a few seconds to a few minutes, depending on network traffic and the gas fee you selected.
- You can view your transaction status in Metamask or on Etherscan by clicking on the transaction in Metamask.
Token Balance:
- Once the transaction is complete, you’ll see the token in your Metamask wallet.
- If it doesn’t appear automatically, you may need to add it manually by clicking “Import Token” in Metamask and entering the token’s contract address.
